What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Card on Delivery (COD) for orders up to 1,000 AED. We also offer a payment installment option through third-party providers (subject to their approval).

Can I split my purchase into installments?

Yes, you may be eligible to split your purchase into installments through a third-party provider at checkout. Please refer to the provider’s terms and conditions for details. If you return or cancel an item purchased with an installment plan, you’ll need to contact your bank to cancel the plan and address any processing fees.

What happens after I place my order?

You’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your payment is approved and your order is verified, you’ll receive a second email confirming your order and shipment. In case of any issues, you’ll be notified, and your payment won’t be processed.
