RETURN POLICY
At Cubanar.com (Cubanar), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify Cubanar of your intent to return an item.
How to Initiate a Return:

A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued at this time. Please note: We cannot accept returns without a prior RA number.
Return Conditions:
All returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all tags and packaging materials intact.
Items must be packed securely using the original packaging materials to ensure they are not damaged during return shipping.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected by Cubanar, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item within 14 days, provided it meets the return conditions outlined above.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Restocking Fees:
Cubanar reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 70% for returned items that do not meet the return conditions, such as items that are opened, used, or damaged.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Due to safety and hygiene concerns, Cubanar does not accept returns on used hookah sets or vape products.
